llega un día Carlos Escobar,y nos muestra un video de JOSELIANNY ESPITIA ,una niña de tan solo 7 años de edad, desde que nació le colocaron un marcapasos,y estaba a solo 2 meses de acabarse la batería del mismo, los padres solicitan ayuda .Nos pusimos al frente con la Veeduría en Salud Maicao LA Guajira a tramitar como hacíamos para que esta niña sonriera nuevamente, y empezamos a tocar puertas, sin ninguna solución, los organismos sociales a quien nos dirigimos la respuesta fue:
QUE LOS RECURSOS Y PROGRAMAS EN EJECUCION NO CONTABAN CON LOS RECURSOS PARA ESTAS AYUDAS.
El tiempo pasaba estábamos contra reloj la vida de la niña peligraba, pero no se conseguían los recursos.
